The place our story

On historic Balcarce, Ray is born.

Balcarce is one of the oldest streets in Buenos Aires and was once one of the city's edges. Among centuries-old buildings and the pulse of the historic quarter, Ray opens its doors for people who enjoy wine with time, origin, and character.

The name honors the father of one of our partners. His quiet elegance, hospitality, and instinct for bringing people around a table live in this space and give our house its name.

Deep greens, gold details, and black accents shape an intimate, timeless room built for a glass, a conversation, and a night without hurry.
